Junior Lax Program
Program Overview
Junior Lax is the first step in the TOP Lacrosse Player Pathway and offers a great opportunity for kids to learn the basics of lacrosse in a music-filled and energetic environment with a strong focus on movement, fundamentals, and FUN. The best part is at this age, no lacrosse background or experience is required, all aspects of this program are designed around having fun and keeping moving!
Each session follows a proven Game-Activity-Game Model, keeping kids constantly engaged. Players rotate through 3–4 stations that focus on physical literacy, technical skills, and game-based activities that build confidence and creativity. With a strong emphasis on decision-making, spacing, attacking, and defending, athletes not only improve their lacrosse skills but also develop teamwork and a love for the game.

- Weekly Games — weekly gameplay to integrate new skills right into small-sided games (3v3, 4v4, etc).
