Sixes Lacrosse League
Program Overview
NEW in 2026 TOP Lacrosse Sixes League offers an exciting, fast-paced lacrosse experience for boys ages 7–13, blending skill development with high-energy gameplay in a 6v6, non-contact format. Hosted at TBD, players get the best of both worlds: 45 mins of structured coaching that builds their fundamentals, and 45 mins of competitive games that let them put those skills into action. It’s the perfect environment for beginners eager to learn and for experienced players looking to sharpen their game while having fun.
Each skill development portion follows a proven PLAY • TEACH • COMPETE, keeping kids constantly engaged. Players rotate through 3–4 stations that focus on physical literacy, ball handling, and game-based activities that build confidence and creativity. With a strong emphasis on decision-making, spacing, attacking, and defending, athletes not only improve their lacrosse skills but also develop teamwork and a love for the game.
